◦ I retain the right to upload all works to my Carrd and Google Drive for my portfolios.◦ You may or may not allow me to stream/record my work process and upload it online.◦ I have the right to refuse a commission for undisclosed reasons.◦ Payment will be through Paypal.◦ Payment will be 50% upfront (down payment), and the rest will be paid right before the turnover of the finished product.◦ Project will only commence once the down payment has been sent and received.◦ Product will not be sent if the client has not paid the full amount that was agreed upon.◦ If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, we shall be issuing a refund.◦ Cancellations made for any reason other than our failure to meet a deadline will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.◦ By requesting a commission, you have read and accepted my terms of service, as stated above. Failure to comply with the agreed terms of service will not be a ground for refunds or demands outside of the deal.◦ Lastly, I only ask that you credit me as the work's author.
